SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Where are my items shipped from and when will they be dispatched?

We offer free standard global shipping on all wearable items. Your order will come from Melbourne, Australia. It will be dispatched the same or next business day. 

We are not able to offer free shipping on our vintage collectibles, given that they are of varying sizes, weights and degree of fragility. Prior to purchasing a vintage collectible, please email us at info@enchantillon.com to discuss shipping requirements (including insurance).

How do I know that my order is registered?
Shortly after you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service at info@enchantillon.com

When will I receive my products?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Our estimated time for delivery is 1-5 days with express and 3-15 days with registered post office. Please note that delivery may take slightly longer due to COVID-19 delays, holiday periods, and that the time for delivery can be different for each country.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your products have been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information and a tracking number. Please click the link in the email to track your order or enter the tracking number on the courier’s homepage.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Standard registered post is free to anywhere in the world, no matter how much your purchase. If you would like your items sooner there is an additional charge, simply select Express on check out.

I haven’t received my order, what do I do?

Please contact our Customer Service at info@enchantillon.com as soon as possible, so we can resolve the problem.

Will I be charged duties?

As Enchantillon ships worldwide, we are unable to answer this question specifically. Your past purchases of similar items via the internet might be a guide as to what duties your country is likely to charge (if any). Enchantillon will not be liable for these possible charges.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We offer a full refund or store credit in exchange for returned goods. Please contact us via our email address: info@enchantillon.com within 7 days of receiving your delivery, including your order confirmation number and what you wish to return. We will provide return details upon receipt of your email. Returns must be received with 30 days and not have been used. They must be returned along with the original packaging.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Once we receive the returned product/s and confirmed it is in original condition, payment will be made asap, though please note payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 14 business days for the credit to be applied by your bank from the day we have received the products.

COLOURS

We have made every effort to display the colours as accurately as possible in the images, but there might be slight variations due to various factors including your monitor. In many cases the colours are actually more vibrant in real life.

CARE GUIDE

Our pieces are made to last, that being said, here are some tips to ensure they last you for a lifetime.

Our items can't swim so avoid wearing them in the ocean, pool, or shower.

Avoid wearing the yarn ranges with metal jewellery.

Knitwear should be hand washed only and laid flat to dry. Do not put in the washing machine or dryer. 

We offer a repair service should an item be damaged. POA.

PRICING

How do you determine your pricing?

Our bracelets, knitwear and other adornments have been expertly made by hand and only available in small quantities. The designs are all exclusive property of Enchantillon. The length of time taken to create a piece as well as the materials determine the price. Our vintage collectibles range consists of rare and hard to find pieces. 

SPECIAL ORDERS

The item I wanted has sold out. Is it possible to create a bespoke piece?

Yes, this is possible for most (not all) of the handmade adornments. Email us at info@enchantillon.com. Please understand, however, that it may take some time as all items are handmade. But beautiful designer-made pieces that transcend trends are worth waiting for!
